Pamela Sisco, 57, of New Carlisle, Ohio, was arrested Thursday by Clark County police and is due in court Friday morning on charges including inducing panic and disrupting public services, the CBS-affiliated WHIO television station reported. The accident happened in Los Angeles’ Sylmar neighborhood at the intersection of Hubbard Street and Jackman Avenue.
