Guerrero will receive a $10 million bonus as part of the deal, and he could earn an additional $4 million in bonuses based on plate appearances, according to the Times.
The 26-year-old Guerrero figures to replace Mark Ellis as the Dodgers' second baseman. The agreement also would seem to end speculation about LA signing Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano as a free agent.
The Dodgers and Guerrero's representatives were close to an agreement last month before talks broke down.
In 2011, the last season he played in Cuba, Guerrero hit .290 with 21 home runs, 51 RBIs and a .402 on-base percentage in 328 plate appearances. His power has been compared to that of Atlanta Braves second baseman Dan Uggla.
