With his Royals ahead, 7-2, in the fifth inning, Cain watched the Angels put two runners on with only one out. Then he took care of the rest.

First, he raced in to his right and dove to catch a sinking looper from Albert Pujols. The crowd at Kauffman Stadium enjoyed that one, but hardly had time to enjoy it before Howie Kendrick sent a line drive that seemed destined to drive home a run. But Cain raced in to his left and got that one, too.
