The 6-3, 210-pound Mullaney, who graduated from Oregon State, brings a healthy body to a team that lost three receivers — including star Amari Cooper — to graduation this spring, then lost Cam Sims to a knee injury in spring workouts.

Mullaney, a 3-star prospect coming out of high school in 2011, missed half of last season with an elbow injury, but he grabbed 52 receptions for 788 yards in 2013.
