Skipper Shambhu Deb, Mohammed Fardin Ali (4 goals) and Surajit Ghosh scored a hattrick each. The other three goals were scored Sanjoy Oraw, Pintu Murmu and Arnab Sharma.

Deb netted the opening goal in the 8th minute of the match from the penalty spot to put Bagan in front. They were ahead by six goals at halftime. The second half witnessed seven more goals which confirmed a crushing victory for the Bagan colts. Fardin Ali, with his four goals, was undoubtedly the man of the match.

In another game in Kalyani, Mohun Bagan’s arch-rivals East Bengal were held to a 0-0 draw by United Sports Club. The Kolkata lock horns in a derby match next on November 17. The match will be played at the Mohun Bagan ground from 2:00 PM.
