The estranged couple, who share children Addison Rae, 21, Enzo, 14, and Lucas, 8, have reportedly been separated for a year, and Easterling was first linked to Gravy, whose real name is Matthew Raymond Hauri, last month.

In an Instagram story posted by Lopez, who has almost 300,000 followers, a shirtless photo of him in a mirror was accompanied by a message to both Hauri and Easterling: “Unbothered! Thank you @youngravy for taking the leftovers! I would rather spend time with my daughter and 2 grandkids that SheriNicole made me abandon as a child in order to be with her!

“Never let a woman make you choose between her and or your blood child!” he added.

Easterling, 42, and Hauri, 26, first became linked after the rapper went on the BFFs podcast with Dave Portnoy, Josh Richards, and Brianna Chickenfry last month and said he wanted to take her on a date.

It all must have worked out in Hauri’s favor since the two made their way down the red carpet at the VMAs on Sunday night. During a pre-show interview, Gravy said, “We met online. Yeah. We connected right away. I’m from the furthest north it gets, she’s from the furthest south it gets.

“I’m into MILFs and she’s kind of the queen of MILFs, so I figured it was just a perfect match,” he added. The pair shared a kiss on the carpet as well, and MTV posted a video of it on Instagram.

Later that evening, Yung Gravy performed his new single, “Betty” at the award show.

Meanwhile, Lopez, 46, who claims to be “unbothered,” reposted a TikTok to his Instagram on Sunday night, making a joke that “dating 20-year-olds” is cool when other people do it but not when he does.

Lopez has previously been under fire after a 25-year-old influencer named Renée Ash accused him of “misleading her” into having an affair.

People on social media had a lot to say about the family drama, specifically about how it’s affecting Addison Rae, a TikTok influencer with 88 million followers.

“Addison Rae started doing dances on TikTok and now her dad is an embarrassing public disgrace and her mom is making out with Yung Gravy at the VMAs. Tough break,” wrote B.W. Carlin in a tweet.

Influencer @mattxiv also tweeted, “I never thought i’d have strong feelings about addison rae but that girl has been working her ass off for the past three years and this is how her parents are behaving.”

While Rae has not commented on any of the discourse between her parents, she previously stated after the incident with Lopez and Ash, “I deserve happiness, peace, joy, hope, love, patience, kindness.”

Newsweek reached out to a representative for Sheri Nicole Easterling for additional comment.
