“I’m terrified of sharks because I watched ‘Jaws’ as a kid,” said Rodgers. “While I do have a fear of sharks, I do think it’s heartbreaking to hear about the hundred millions that are killed indiscriminately during the year."
The Packers quarterback put his $140 million arm at risk, when he had to stiff-arm a 10-foot blue shark during his dive.
“I just put my hand on top of that shark, and I just swiped it down to the right," said Rodgers. “I saw the tail whipping back a little bit, and then he swam off. The shark was sorting things out I think.”
