“Looked like him. Hernandez,” Raychides Sanches said during a pretrial hearing, according to the Boston Herald.

Hernandez allegedly shot the two men after one of them bumped into him at a Boston nightclub earlier that night. Hernandez, who is already serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole for the 2013 shooting death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd, has pleaded not guilty to the double-murder charges.

Another survivor of the 2012 shooting, Aquilino Freire, was shot twice and described the shooter as a light-skinned man with tattoos and no facial hair.

Another pre-trial hearing will take place on Dec. 27 with jury selection scheduled to begin on Feb. 13.
