In the wake of the lab’s closure, officials urged any patients to get re-tested for COVID-19 as soon as possible. On November 5, a class action settlement against Infinity Diagnostics received preliminary court approval. Stephen Denittis, an attorney representing the plaintiffs in the lawsuit, said that around 400 patients should be entitled to repayment for the alleged fraudulent tests they received....
